Luke Zhan

Luke Zhan is an Associate at At One Ventures, a climate technology venture capital firm founded in 2020 to back companies addressing industrial planetary damage. Trained formally as an economist and environmental scientist, he focuses on researching and commercializing novel deep tech solutions designed to solve complex ecological challenges. Prior to his current investment role, Zhan advised leading corporate clients on their sustainability strategies and corporate innovation agendas. Working alongside firm partners such as Laurie Menoud and Helen Lin, he supports portfolio development and evaluates new investments across the broader climate sector. His recent transaction involvement includes the firm's capital investments in Provectus Algae in late 2025 and Addis Energy in early 2026. Zhan currently concentrates his efforts on backing early-stage deep tech companies that mitigate environmental damage through applied scientific rigor and systems thinking.
