Lydia Ding is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Lynx, an artificial intelligence platform for engineering incident resolution based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2023 alongside Chief Executive Officer Max Lu, the five-employee technology startup participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch and has reportedly generated $27 million in total revenue. Prior to launching Lynx, Ding co-founded CodeComplete, an enterprise-focused AI coding assistant designed to serve as a secure development tool for large organizations. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, possesses early career experience in the traditional corporate finance sector before transitioning to technology, and recently spoke at an enterprise AI industry event hosted by The Information.
