M.P. Hayden is the Managing Director of Institutional Business Development at Monroe Capital LLC, a prominent financial services firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Since joining the organization in 2021, Hayden has specialized in building strong, long-term relationships with institutional investors and facilitating complex corporate finance and credit product solutions for clients across different economic cycles. Prior to this current leadership role, Hayden served as the Head of Business Development at Raven Capital Management, worked as an Institutional Sales Associate at Corbin Capital Partners, and gained early industry experience as an Associate at Neuberger Berman. Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Hayden earned a Bachelor of Science in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University, and currently remains highly engaged in the philanthropic community as an active member of the organization Investment Professionals for Charity.
