Maarten Goossens

Maarten Goossens is a Co-founder and Partner at Anterra Capital, a venture capital firm focused on food and agriculture technology. Before establishing Anterra Capital, he began his venture investing career in 2009 as an Analyst at Rabo Ventures. Prior to his transition into venture capital, Goossens worked as an Analyst for the Rabobank-Rothschild joint venture in London, specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the food and agriculture sectors. His earlier financial career included various roles across corporate banking, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions for Rabobank in both Amsterdam and London. Goossens holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and studied entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics. He currently focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing European venture investments that leverage technology to build sustainable agricultural solutions.
