Maciej Artur Noga

Maciej Artur Noga is the Managing Partner at Pracuj Ventures and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Grupa Pracuj, based in Warsaw, Poland. As a co-founder of Grupa Pracuj, he previously spent thirteen years as Director of Marketing and five years as Chief Innovation Officer, helping build the company into a leading regional enterprise where he retains an eight percent stake valued at approximately 400 million PLN. He also founded Ataraxy Ventures in 2009, initiated the Hedgehog Fund in 2012, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Through his venture capital and angel investing activities, he has executed over forty investments, typically writing seed-stage tickets between 0.5 million and 2 million PLN. His current investment strategy focuses primarily on early-stage human resources and learning technology startups operating across the Polish and Ukrainian markets.
