Maddie Callander

Maddie Callander is a Partner at Boost VC in San Francisco, California, where she leads strategy for the firm's accelerator and platform initiatives. Working alongside co-founders Adam Draper and Brayton Williams, she scaled the venture capital firm's internal operations as its total assets under management grew from $6 million to over $250 million. In her dual capacity as an investor and accelerator leader, Callander has directed pre-seed capital and operational support to more than 400 deep tech startups. Beyond her primary investment role, she is a recognized Kauffman Fellow and a Founding Member of The Council, an organization dedicated to increasing women's representation in technology leadership. Callander currently maintains a strict investment focus on funding early-stage innovations across emerging hardware and software sectors, including aerospace, robotics, biotechnology, virtual reality, and climate technology.
