Madison Wright

Madison Wright is an Advisor at Entrepreneur First based in London, United Kingdom. She previously served as the investment firm's Head of Platform, where she directly helped accelerate more than 200 early-stage technology companies through its pre-seed programs. Promoted to her current advisory role in 2024, Wright recently contributed to the public launch announcement of the accelerator's artificial intelligence cohort in March 2026 and spoke at the firm's London Demo Day in October 2025. Prior to joining Entrepreneur First, she held operations and growth positions at multiple early-stage European enterprise software startups and is also connected to the global advisor network at Antler. Educated at the University of Cambridge, Wright's current professional focus centers on providing strategic guidance and mentorship to pre-seed founders building artificial intelligence and software enterprises across the broader European startup ecosystem.
