Mads Liechti

Mads Liechti is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Parahelp, an artificial intelligence software company based in San Francisco, California, and Copenhagen, Denmark. He began his career in technology by programming and establishing his first company at age thirteen, later developing four consumer applications during high school alongside his current co-founder, Anker Ryhl. Following previous professional roles at Start-Ung and OWND, Liechti established Parahelp in 2024 and subsequently participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch. The seven-employee startup, which is also backed by venture capital firm byFounders, provides automated customer support solutions to enterprise clients including Perplexity.ai and Captions. For Captions, the platform successfully resolved 46 percent of their support tickets within a seven-day period. Liechti currently focuses on engineering AI-driven agents to optimize business-to-business customer support operations for software enterprises.
