Mallun Yen is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Partner at Operator Collective. Previously, she served as a Vice President at Cisco and was a founding member of RPX, where she helped scale the company from zero to $100 million and achieve an initial public offering within three years. Yen also held leadership roles at SaaStr and co-founded the ChIPs Network, an organization that has expanded to include 7,000 members across 31 global chapters. In 2019, she launched Operator Collective as a $150 million venture fund backed by over 200 limited partners, comprising 90 percent women and 40 percent people of color. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for Pure Storage and the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Council for Inclusive Innovation. Her current focus centers on operator-led venture capital investing and B2B software.
