Manav Sevak

Manav Sevak is the founder and CEO of Novitas Holdings, an investment and acquisition firm focused on technology businesses, currently based in New York. Previously, he served as the co-founder and chief executive officer of Memora Health, a workflow automation software platform designed specifically for complex health systems. Under his leadership, Memora Health raised over $80 million in funding from prominent venture capital firms, including Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst. The digital health company was subsequently acquired by healthcare technology firm Commure in 2024. Earlier in his professional career, Sevak conducted research at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and taught medical informatics at the University of Pennsylvania and Georgia Tech. His current professional focus centers on acquiring and scaling technology enterprises while leveraging his extensive domain expertise in computational biology and healthcare policy.
