Manoel Lemos

Manoel Lemos is the Managing Partner at Redpoint eventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, and is currently based in Silicon Valley. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he accumulated over 30 years of technology experience, serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Digital Media at Abril Media after selling his startup to the publisher. He previously co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of WebCo, and held the Chief Technology Officer position at Hypercom Brasil. As an early-stage investor, Lemos backed prominent Latin American unicorns including Creditas, Wellhub, and Pismo, while also serving as a board member for the Cubo Itaú innovation hub and the health technology startup Memed. His current professional focus centers on early-stage technology investments across Latin America and bridging regional startups with the broader artificial intelligence ecosystem.
