Manu Jain

Manu Kumar Jain is the Global Vice President of Xiaomi and Managing Director of Xiaomi India, based in India. He holds degrees from IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, and previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Jain co-founded the fashion e-commerce platform Jabong.com, serving as Managing Director and scaling the business to 1,000 daily transactions before its eventual acquisition by Myntra in 2016. He subsequently spearheaded Xiaomi's entry into the Indian market, driving the subsidiary to sell approximately one million smartphones by December 2014 and establishing it as the country's top-selling smartphone brand. Promoted to his current global executive position in January 2017, he has also held board seats at KrazyBee and Hungama. Jain's career focuses on scaling consumer technology and e-commerce operations across emerging markets.
