Marah Dudenhoeffer

Marah Dudenhoeffer is the Founding Partner at Tidal Impact Fund and a Principal at K2 Access Fund, based across Basking Ridge, New York, and Palo Alto. At Tidal Impact Fund, which she established in 2025, she leads fund operations and capital deployment for ocean impact innovation and planetary health solutions. In her concurrent role at K2 Access Fund, she helps manage a $20 million early-stage venture vehicle targeting Series A through Series C investments. Previously, Dudenhoeffer spent over eight years at Verizon Ventures, where she served as a Principal and directed more than $150 million in capital across more than 70 startup companies. Her earlier career included corporate development roles at Verizon and involvement with the Sustainable Ocean Alliance. Her professional focus remains centered on aligning early-stage venture capital with mission-driven innovation and long-term environmental sustainability.
