Marcello Gonçalves

Marcello Gonçalves is the Managing Partner at DOMO Invest, an early-stage venture capital firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and brings over 15 years of experience in technology entrepreneurship and venture capital. Under his direct leadership, DOMO Invest manages more than $200 million in assets under management across a portfolio of over 50 companies, achieving notable liquidity events such as the 2018 IPO of StoneCo. In 2024, Gonçalves helped raise a $100 million third fund to target emerging Latin American technology startups, subsequently leading a first-quarter 2025 investment in the fintech unicorn Clara. His current professional focus remains on bridging technological innovation with scalable business models by funding pre-seed to Series A ventures across the regional financial, software, health, education, and consumer sectors.
