Marcelo Ciampolini

Marcelo Ciampolini is a Partner at Antler in Brazil, where he focuses on pre-seed and early-stage investments across multiple technology sectors. Before joining the global venture capital firm, he served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the credit fintech Lendico. Under his direct leadership, the startup scaled to more than 100 employees and achieved over R$1 billion in total credit originations before completing a successful corporate exit to Lonestar.
