Marcelo Sampaio is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hashdex, a digital asset management firm based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into Latin America's largest crypto asset manager with additional operations in New York and London. Before launching Hashdex, he spent six years in San Francisco as the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of Endless, Inc., following a decade in enterprise software sales at Microsoft and Oracle, where he became the youngest global sales director. He holds a degree in production engineering and completed an executive leadership program at Harvard Business School. As an active angel investor since 2012, he has built a portfolio of over 30 venture capital investments across domestic and international markets. His current focus centers on scaling institutional financial services within the global cryptocurrency sector.
