Marcie Vu

Marcie Vu is a Partner at Greycroft based in San Francisco, California, where she focuses on early-stage software investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she accumulated over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising on technology transactions exceeding $100 billion in aggregate value. Vu previously served as Head of Consumer Internet Banking at Morgan Stanley and as Partner and Head of the Consumer Technology Group at Qatalyst Partners. During her banking career, she advised on landmark initial public offerings for Google and Facebook, alongside major acquisitions including Microsoft's purchase of LinkedIn. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management. Her current focus centers on venture capital investments across consumer technology, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software.
