Marco Nocito

Marco Nocito is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Simplex, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup developing specialized browser automation infrastructure tools for health technology companies. He holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, providing a formal academic foundation in advanced computational systems. Prior to launching Simplex, Nocito worked as a software engineer at Waymo, where he focused on building complex machine learning models designed to generate synthetic data for autonomous vehicle systems. His earlier technical background includes developing scalable data infrastructure tooling and backend software solutions during his engineering tenures at Viam and Bloomberg. Nocito currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, web agents, and machine learning to streamline complex data workflows and operational infrastructure within the broader digital healthcare sector.
