Maria Palma

Maria Palma is a General Partner at Kindred Capital VC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received the 2023 Early Career Award, and earned an MBA from Harvard University in 2013. Prior to joining Kindred Capital in January 2021, Palma served as a Principal at RRE Ventures from 2018 to 2020, leading deal sourcing and due diligence for fintech and consumer investments. Her broader ecosystem involvement includes a six-year tenure as a board member for the African Entrepreneur Collective from 2016 to 2022 and co-founding NYC BLEND, a nonprofit connecting underrepresented founders with venture capital. Palma currently focuses on equitable investment strategies while leveraging her technical engineering background to support diverse entrepreneurs.
