Mario Lattuga

Mario Lattuga is the Principal and Global Head of Legal and Compliance at Republic, a securities crowdfunding operator based in New York City. Before joining Republic in June 2022, he co-founded the fintech startup Compoundly and practiced securities law as an attorney at Robbins Geller Rudman and Dowd LLP. He holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he currently serves as an adjunct law professor. At Republic, which operates as the largest securities crowdfunding platform in its sector, he oversees global legal operations, regulatory compliance, and diligence frameworks for digital assets and startup investments.
