Marion Gasperment

Marion Gasperment is a Principal and Program Manager for the MD Start Strategy at Sofinnova Partners, based in Paris, France. Prior to joining the venture capital firm, she served as the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Julier Medical, where she helped secure €3 million in seed financing in January 2023. She previously held executive leadership roles managing first-in-human clinical studies and regulatory pathways across both European and United States markets for early-stage healthcare ventures. Earlier in her career, Gasperment was the Chief Operating Officer at Cardiologs Technologies, overseeing fundraising, business development, market access, and clinical affairs. She holds a Bachelor in Biomedical Science from Imperial College London and a Master in Management from HEC Paris. Her professional background centers on medtech acceleration, company building, and guiding medical device startups through complex clinical and regulatory development.
