Mariusz Adamski

Mariusz Adamski is a General Partner and Co-Founder at ff Venture Capital based in Warsaw, Poland. Before joining the firm in 2019, he spent six years in New York as an investment analyst focusing on global equities at Pershing Square Capital Management and Mitchell Madison Group. He also held financial roles in Poland at mBank, a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University. At ffVC, Adamski oversees early stage investments across Central and Eastern Europe, contributing to a broader portfolio of 89 companies with a combined market capitalization exceeding $13 billion. He recently launched a corporate venture fund with Totalizator Sportowy and serves on the supervisory board of insurtech startup Tensorflight. His current investment focus centers on seed startups developing scalable technologies in cybersecurity, fintech, applied AI, and robotics.
