Mark Kahn

Mark Kahn is the Managing Partner at Omnivore and a Corporate Associate at Sheppard Mullin, dividing his time between Mumbai, India, and New York. At Omnivore, he oversees an agriculture-focused venture capital firm that manages approximately $130 million across two funds and has backed more than 20 agritech startups since 2011. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Godrej Agrovet, where he managed corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and new business incubation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. His current professional focus centers on financing agriculture and food systems in India, alongside providing legal counsel for venture capital transactions, company formations, and digital asset issuances.
