Mark Kooijman

Mark Kooijman is the Managing Partner at Yellowfin Capital Partners and a Co-Founder of AHG Lab, based in Manila, Philippines. He previously served as the Managing Partner of Development Principles Hong Kong Ltd from 2005 to 2012 before establishing Philippines Urban Living Solutions, Inc. in 2012, where he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, Kooijman co-founded Foxmont Capital Partners, operating as the first independent venture capital firm in the Philippines, which subsequently provided initial investment funding to AHG Lab in 2021. Following this capital injection, he guided AHG Lab through a transition into a multi-proptech venture builder during the pandemic lockdowns. Prior to these ventures, he also held professional roles at MicroSourcing. His current focus centers on venture capital, real estate technology, and scaling early-stage digital solutions across the Philippine startup ecosystem.
