Mark Lurie

Mark Lurie is a Venture Partner at FJ Labs, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York, New York. Working alongside firm founders Fabrice Grinda and José Marín, he specializes in executing global equity investments across marketplaces and network effect businesses. The investment firm manages a portfolio of over 571 startups, including more than 30 unicorns, and closed $260 million in capital commitments across its pre-seed and Series B opportunity funds in 2023. In his capacity as a venture capitalist, Lurie evaluates early-stage and growth-stage investment opportunities spanning ecommerce, consumer products, financial services, fintech, and software-as-a-service platforms.
