Mark Masters

Mark Masters currently serves as the Managing Partner at FirstHand Alliance, an independent venture capital firm based in New York City. Prior to establishing the investment firm in 2020, he worked as a Vice President of Sales at Salesforce, where he successfully managed a team of more than fifty enterprise representatives and generated over $200 million in annual recurring revenue. Masters previously spent four years operating as a senior sales director at Oracle, advising on complex software deployments within the global enterprise technology sector. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cornell University and currently holds active board seats at six different private technology startups. Drawing upon his extensive commercial and operational background, Masters focuses on leading seed and Series A investments in emerging B2B software companies across the broader North American market.
