Mark Ralph

Mark Ralph is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Axine Water Technologies, a cleantech company specializing in onsite industrial wastewater and PFAS treatment. He assumed this position in June 2022, succeeding former chief executive Jonathan Rhone. Prior to joining Axine, Ralph spent 21 years at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, where he held various roles spanning drug discovery, operations, finance, business development, and corporate venture capital. During his tenure in venture capital, he represented Boehringer Ingelheim in fund investments and served as a board member for several digital health startups, including Wellth, xCures, and Optina Diagnostics. He holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Memorial University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. His career bridges two decades of pharmaceutical and venture capital expertise with a current focus on scaling advanced environmental technologies.
