Mark Schulz

Mark Schulz is a Co-founder and Partner at Fontinalis Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Detroit, Michigan. Before establishing the firm, he served as President of International Operations for Ford Motor Company, where he managed a global division generating $95 billion in annual revenue with 170,000 employees. During his executive tenure at Ford, his operational oversight extended across the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Africa markets, while also managing affiliated global automotive brands such as Volvo and Jaguar. At Fontinalis Partners, which manages $165 million in assets, he co-invests alongside Bill Ford, directing allocations ranging from $250,000 to $5 million into startups like Lyft and Postmates. Schulz currently leverages his extensive corporate governance and cross-border manufacturing expertise to support emerging next-generation mobility, supply chain logistics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software ventures worldwide.
