Mark Siegel

Mark Siegel is a General Partner at Threshold Ventures based in Menlo Park, California. Before the firm's rebranding from DFJ, he served as a Managing Director at DFJ Growth from 2018 to 2021 and previously worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Lattice Semiconductor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Electrical Engineering from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford GSB. Throughout his venture capital career, Siegel has completed over 30 investments, including leading a 2022 Series B round for Pinecone and backing AI hardware developer SambaNova. His portfolio track record features notable liquidity events such as the 2011 initial public offering of Lattice Semiconductor and the 2014 acquisition of Jasper Design Automation by Cadence.
