Mark Tomasovic

Mark Tomasovic is a Principal at Energize Capital, where he is responsible for investment thesis creation, portfolio development, and sourcing new opportunities. He began his career as a chemical engineer at ExxonMobil, working within the company's United States Production and Chemical divisions. While earning his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Tomasovic founded an upstream consultancy and subsequently worked on infrastructure and industrial services investments at Bernhard Capital Partners. In his current capacity at the firm, he serves as a board director for Handle and holds board observer roles for Urbint, TWAICE, and Monta. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Today, Tomasovic leverages his combined engineering and operational background to focus on strategic investments that advance industrial decarbonization and energy infrastructure.
