Prior to establishing Kilonova Capital, Watt served as the President of a $1 billion technology holding company, where he managed the operations of a portfolio of profitable, fast-growing technology companies. His extensive financial and advisory background includes previous tenures as the Head of Internet and Digital Media Investment Banking at both William Blair and Merrill Lynch, as well as a role as Managing Director at TriplePoint Capital. Watt currently serves on the boards of multiple private equity-backed technology companies, maintaining a primary focus on executing rescue financings, strategic acquisitions, and venture capital investments across the broader digital media and technology landscapes.
