Markus Fuhrmann

Markus Fuhrmann is the Chief Executive Officer of GROPYUS AG, a corporate leadership position he has held since 2019. He concurrently serves as a Founding Partner at both BITKRAFT Ventures and Cavalry Ventures, and sits on the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp nucera. Prior to assuming his current executive roles, Fuhrmann co-founded the global food delivery platform Delivery Hero and the Web2Asia incubator. Under his leadership, GROPYUS recently secured €100 million in equity funding to scale its operations in sustainable, prefabricated smart home construction and to support rebuilding efforts in Ukraine. Furthermore, he holds a Master's degree from the Vienna Business School and a degree in Biological Chemistry from the Secondary College for Chemical Technology. Fuhrmann's extensive professional background centers on scaling early-stage technology ventures and driving robotic innovation within the sustainable real estate sector.
