Marta Krupinska

Marta Krupinska is the Head of Google's UK startup support organization and a venture capital scout, based in East London, United Kingdom. She previously co-founded the international money transfer platform Azimo in 2012 and served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the govtech accelerator Public. She also co-founded the ethical fintech firm FreeUp.io, which was subsequently acquired by the financial services company Greensill in October 2019. Since assuming her leadership position at Google in December 2018, she has overseen residency programs for various growth-stage firms operating out of the Shoreditch campus. During her tenure, she directed the technology corporation's first dedicated intake of female founders to improve diversity metrics within the regional ecosystem. Her professional background centers on advancing financial technology ventures, scaling growth-stage companies, and expanding equitable access to capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
