Martha Cosgrove

Martha Cosgrove is the Head of Business Development at Kodama Systems, a position she has held since June 2023. Prior to this role, she served as the Head of Investor Relations at Farm from January 2022 to June 2023 and worked as an Associate at AE Industrial Partners between 2021 and 2022. Earlier in her career, Cosgrove spent four years as an Investing Associate and Analyst at Boeing HorizonX Ventures, following her time as an Investor Engagement Program Manager at Greentown Labs. She was also selected as a Venture for America Fellow from 2017 to 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University, where she studied from 2012 to 2016. Her professional background centers on driving strategic growth and investments across the aerospace, mobility, and climate technology sectors.
