Martin Green

Martin Green is the Founder and Managing Partner of HawksHead Capital, an independent investment management firm located in Mill Valley, California. He established the hedge fund in October 2012 to execute specialized long and short equity strategies with a primary focus on publicly traded technology companies. Operating through the firm, Green serves as the principal portfolio manager for HawksHead Partners, where he provides direct investment advice and customized portfolio management services to a select group of separate client accounts. In July 2020, he officially closed the primary equity fund to all new outside investors in order to dedicate more operational resources toward a new systematic trading strategy at Cambrian Asset Management. Currently, Green's professional focus remains centered on overseeing his existing technology investments while simultaneously supporting systematic quantitative strategies within the broader alternative asset management landscape.
