Martin Mannion

Martin J. Mannion is a Senior Advisor and Chair of the Board of Managers at Summit Partners, based in Boston, Massachusetts. During his 35-year tenure at the $42 billion growth equity firm, he previously served as a Managing Director and led investments in more than 35 companies, including eight that completed initial public offerings. His portfolio track record features multiple successful exits to strategic buyers and private equity firms, including a notable corporate acquisition executed by Thoma Bravo. Prior to his long career at Summit Partners, he worked as a Systems Engineer at IBM and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School following his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University.
