Martin Mignot

Martin Mignot is a General Partner at Index Ventures based in London, England, where he focuses on seed and Series A investments across Europe and the United States. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has executed over 20 early-stage investments targeting the software, internet, fintech, and artificial intelligence sectors. His portfolio includes board roles and investments in notable technology companies such as Monzo and Synthesia, which reached a valuation exceeding $1 billion in 2023. Mignot also backed the online car retailer Cazoo, which culminated in a 2021 public offering, and previously served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the accelerator Entrepreneur First. He holds a Master in Finance from Sciences Po Paris and began his professional career in the investment banking industry. Today, his primary focus remains on identifying and scaling innovative early-stage technology companies globally.
