Martin Migoya

Martin Migoya is the co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Globant, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since establishing the digital transformation firm in 2003, he has guided its expansion to over 28,000 professionals across 33 countries and managed its 2014 initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Under his leadership, the enterprise provides software services, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence solutions to major corporate clients including Google, Disney, and Electronic Arts. Beyond his primary executive duties, Migoya serves as the President of Endeavor Argentina, acts as a Manager for Enigma.art LLC, and frequently speaks at MIT. He holds an electrical engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and an MBA from CEMA University. His current focus centers on advancing enterprise artificial intelligence integration and scaling global technology infrastructure for large multinational organizations.
