Marty Kausas

Marty Kausas is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pylon, a B2B software startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He initially developed his foundational engineering capabilities by building custom websites in middle school, later advancing his technical skills through competitive robotics programs during high school. While completing his undergraduate studies in computer science at the University of California, Berkeley, Kausas refined his rapid product development philosophy through extensive participation in more than a dozen collegiate hackathons. Prior to establishing his current enterprise, he gained professional experience working as a software engineer at prominent technology firms including Scale AI and Plaid, while also being selected as a Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow. Kausas currently focuses on directing Pylon's overarching corporate strategy and managing core engineering operations to deliver scalable software products for enterprise clients.
