Marty Ringlein

Marty Ringlein is the Managing Partner at Adventure Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, he oversees a portfolio of more than 20 companies and manages over $50 million in assets, targeting pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups across Europe. Ringlein frequently collaborates with regional ecosystem players like Seedcamp, K Fund, and Telefónica Ventures, and recently led a $3 million seed investment round for the artificial intelligence logistics startup Frete in early 2025. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he spent over 15 years as a technology entrepreneur, founding and scaling software-as-a-service and financial technology startups that resulted in two acquisitions by United States-based corporate entities. Leveraging his engineering background, Ringlein currently focuses on identifying and scaling emerging European enterprises within the artificial intelligence, climate technology, and consumer internet sectors.
