Mary Egan

Mary Egan is an Investor at Seaya Ventures based in Madrid, Spain, where she focuses on sourcing and evaluating early-stage technology startups across Europe. In her current role, she manages investments within a firm that oversees more than €500 million in assets under management and a portfolio of over 50 companies. Egan recently contributed to the €250 million close of Seaya's Fund III in March 2024 and has been involved with European companies including Jobandtalent, TravelPerk, Glovo, and Cabify. Prior to her current position as an investor, she worked in investment scouting and tech operations, and she remains an active participant in the broader European ecosystem, including speaking at South Summit 2025. Her current investment focus centers on sustainable growth and impact-driven companies operating within the fintech, climate tech, healthtech, and digital infrastructure sectors.
