Massimiliano Magrini

Massimiliano Magrini is the Founder and Managing Partner of United Ventures, based in Milan, Italy. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served as the founding Country Manager for both Altavista and Google in Italy, expanding operations across Spain and Portugal. In 2009, he established an independent seed fund before co-founding United Ventures in 2013, which has since grown into one of Italy's leading technology investment firms. Magrini holds a Political Science degree from the University of Bologna and serves on the Participation Committee of the Italian Institute of Technology. He previously advised the Italian Government Task Force on startup legislation to support digital innovation and authored the 2018 essay "Fuori dal gregge." His current focus centers on guiding disruptive technology investments while applying regenerative agriculture principles at his Monferrato winery, which he established in 2022.
