Massimo Prelz

Massimo Prelz is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a Venture Partner at DN Capital, based in London, United Kingdom. With over 40 years of experience in technology investments and private equity, his career began in 1981 managing tech investments for Olivetti in Italy and New York. He previously served as the Managing Director of Europe for Advent International and joined Alta Berkeley Associates in 1998. Prelz has held numerous board positions at publicly listed companies, including serving as Chairman of Jazztel plc during its restructuring and Vice-Chairman of Primacom AG. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and directs capital allocation through the Massimo Prelz Oltramonti Family Office, which participated in Cubbit's Series A funding in 2021. His current focus remains on guiding venture capital strategies and advising European technology enterprises.
