Mathieu Guerville

Mathieu Guerville is the Chicago-based CEO and President of FNMA, LLC, concurrently serving as Principal at Symphonic Leadership Partners and North American Director for Valutico GmbH. Previously, he spent a decade at Underwriters Laboratories (UL), advancing from Strategy Manager to Innovation and Business Development Director before founding the organization's first corporate venture fund, UL Ventures, in 2017. Guerville holds an Economics degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from IE Business School, where he has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Innovation since 2019. An active angel investor who launched his first company at age 18, he advises early-stage technology firms, including alumni of the Alchemist accelerator and 500 Startups. His professional background and current focus center on driving digital transformation, corporate venture capital initiatives, and strategic growth for middle-market enterprises and B2B startups.
