Matija Šošić

Matija Šošić is a software engineer and technology entrepreneur with a background in building engineering teams and developing web-based products. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of the technology startup TalkBook, and he participated in the 2017 London cohort as a Tech Associate for the startup accelerator Techstars. In the biotechnology sector, Šošić led the engineering team at Lifebit Biotech, where he managed software development initiatives and scaled technical operations. His early career includes a 2014 software engineering internship at the digital health company Noom in New York, as well as a 2011 research internship at the A*Star Bioinformatics Institute in Singapore. Holding a Master of Science in Computer Science, his professional focus centers on functional programming, clean code architecture, and the intersection of software engineering with the biotechnology and startup ecosystems.
