Matthew Badalucco

Matthew Badalucco is a Partner at SeaX Ventures LLC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Millbrae, California. Since joining the investment firm in 2022, he has focused on deep tech allocations across the United States and Southeast Asia, working alongside Managing Partner Supachai Parchariyanon. His investment scope encompasses artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and robotics, with direct exposure to prominent portfolio companies such as Hepta Bio, which raised a Seed round in 2023, Bot MD, and AiFi. Prior to his current venture capital mandate, Badalucco founded Milu Labs Ltd and previously served as the co-founder and chief executive officer of an independent stealth-mode software and technical consulting startup.
