Matthew Howard

Matthew Howard is a Venture Partner at Norwest Venture Partners in Palo Alto, California, bringing 30 years of operational experience across engineering, product management, and sales to enterprise technology investments. A former U.S. Navy intelligence analyst, he leverages his military background to focus his venture capital strategy on cybersecurity, mobile, cloud-based infrastructure, and defense applications.
