Matthias Heinrich Morales is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Plato and an active Investor at Flash Ventures, based in Berlin, Germany. At Plato, he leads the development of an artificial intelligence operating system designed specifically to automate and optimize vertical workflows for wholesale distribution companies. Prior to his current executive and investment roles, Morales launched new business ventures at Rocket Internet and gained operational experience working across multiple early-stage software startups. His academic credentials include a Master of Science from Technische Universität München, a Bachelor of Science from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an honors degree from the Center for Digital Technology and Management. Morales currently focuses on leveraging his combined expertise in computer science, management, and venture building to scale AI-driven enterprise software solutions and support early-stage technology investments.
