Concurrently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Seiratherm, an entrepreneurial enterprise specifically focused on developing advanced thermal management solutions for the medical sector. Prior to his current executive and investment leadership roles, Roth worked extensively as a clinical researcher at Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein over a three-year period from 2007 to 2010. Throughout his professional career, he has cultivated deep domain expertise across multiple critical stages of the corporate lifecycle, encompassing patent development, initial startup formation, business acceleration, and sustained enterprise growth.
