Matthias Wilrich

Matthias Wilrich is the VP of Vehicles and Supply Chain at Tier Mobility GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany. Before joining the mobility company in February 2019, he spent over five years as the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the ecommerce startup Lesara between October 2013 and February 2019. Earlier in his career, Wilrich operated as an independent Strategy Consultant and worked at a global consulting firm from November 2011 to March 2012. He also spent three years as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from November 2008 to October 2011. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, having completed his academic studies at both the Instituto de Empresa and the University of Michigan in 2006. His professional background centers on scaling global supply chain operations and developing strategic growth initiatives across the mobility and retail sectors.
